October 10th, 2024 in Ottawa, advisors Dr. Tom Whillans, Jane Graham, and Dr. David Browne from the GLFC Canadian Committee of Advisors, shared their expertise during a session with the Senate of Canada – Sénat du Canada Standing Committee on Fisheries & Oceans. They discussed the significant role the Great Lakes Fishery Commission (GLFC) plays in protecting the health of the Great Lakes ecosystem and supporting the regional economy.
The GLFC appreciates the time these advisors gave to attend the hearing. We are fortunate to benefit from their wealth of experience, which continues to serve the Great Lakes community.
