Support for Growth & Sustainability of OFAH Membership Clubs
Welcome to the OFAH Community Engagement Program
The Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters (OFAH) is committed to strengthening and supporting our network of clubs and their members who share a passion for conservation, angling, and hunting. OFAH members are the driving force behind grassroots conservation efforts, fostering the spirit of volunteerism that keeps our outdoor traditions alive. The Community Engagement Program (CEP) is a new initiative designed to help OFAH Membership clubs grow, sustain their activities, and increase engagement at the local level. Whether you’re looking to expand your membership, enhance your programming, or make a bigger impact in your community, the CEP is here to help.
Why Was the Community Engagement Program Developed?
OFAH recognizes the critical role that our clubs play in fostering outdoor traditions, conservation efforts, and community building. However, many clubs face challenges with membership retention, project funding, and event coordination. The CEP was developed to address these challenges by providing clubs with the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed. By stabilizing and growing local clubs, we ensure that our outdoor heritage continues to thrive across Ontario for future generations.
Launched in January 2025, the CEP is just getting started, and big things are on the horizon! We’re expanding, evolving, and finding new ways to support OFAH member clubs in their conservation efforts. Stay tuned and join our email list to be the first to hear about the latest opportunities and initiatives.
